Online User Account Request form

The procedure for new members of staff to obtain a network account is that HR put in a request for an account when the new member of staff starts employment.
In some cases it still may be pertinent for a new member of staffs line manager to put in a new account request electronically. This request will go straight through to IT Systems & Services for processing. The link to this function can be found on the Main Page of this website. Or by going to The line manager will have to log into this page with their lotus notes internet password to be able to complete the form.
