Online User Account Request form


The procedure for new members of staff to obtain a network account is that HR put in a request for an account when the new member of staff starts employment.
In some cases it still may be pertinent for a new member of staffs line manager to put in a new account request electronically. This request will go straight through to IT Systems & Services for processing. The link to this function can be found on the Main Page of this website. Or by going to http://its.yorkcollege.ac.uk/ITSWebStaff.nsf/accountrequest?openForm The line manager will have to log into this page with their lotus notes internet password to be able to complete the form.
