Docuware errors regarding no connections remaining


On rare occassions, the Docuware server hits its limit for concurrent connections (users logged into it at once). It will give you an error message preventing you from being able to log in to it. This will sometimes clear after several minutes as people log off the system. If this persists please contact IT Systems & Services Help Desk on ext 411 and we will investigate further, we may need to reboot the Docuware server in some circumstances.
